Your delivery platform, under your name

Run several companies and client accounts from one place. Each gets its own logo, domain, timezone and team, so it looks like theirs.

One system, many clients, one look

Resellers and multi-brand operators end up with shared logins, shared job numbers and one generic look. Clients see someone else’s name, and every client’s jobs sit in the same list.

What you get.

  • Companies and accounts

Set up a company, then add accounts under it for each client or depot. Each account keeps its own cost-centre name and settings.

  • Logo and custom domain

Give a company or account its own logo, and point a custom domain name at it so clients log in on an address that is yours.

  • Timezone and job prefix

Each account has its own timezone and operating countries, and its own job-number prefix, so a job number tells you whose it is.

  • Roles for every level

Company admin, account admin, company standard, account standard and driver roles let you set up each person at the right level.

  • Branded emails

Notification templates are kept per company and account. Email can be sent through your own SMTP settings, with your display name.

How it works.

  1. Step 1

    Add the company

Enter its name, code, email, currency and address.

  2. Step 2

    Add client accounts

Create an account for each client, with its logo, timezone, job prefix, custom domain and return address.

  3. Step 3

    Invite the team

Add users and give each a role at company or account level.

  4. Step 4

    Set pricing and email

Configure fares, plans and email settings for that company or account.

Why it matters.

  • Your brand in front

Clients work in a platform that carries your logo and your domain.

  • Clean separation

Accounts have their own prefix, cost centre and users, so each client’s work is organised separately.

  • Growth without rework

Adding a new client or depot means adding an account, not building another system.

Common questions.

Can clients use our own domain name?

Yes. An account can have a custom domain name, so the platform appears on an address you control.

Can accounts work in different timezones and countries?

Yes. Each account has its own timezone and operating countries, and each company has its own currency.

How do I control who sees what?

Users are given a role such as company admin, account admin, company standard, account standard or driver. Permissions for each role are managed by the platform owner.
