Dispatch software that shows you where everyone is

Group jobs into runs, hand them to drivers and watch the day unfold on a live map, without ringing round to ask for updates.

You only find out about a problem when the customer calls

Once the drivers leave the depot, the picture goes dark. Who has accepted their run? Who is stuck? Who stopped updating an hour ago? Dispatch turns into phone calls and memory, and the first sign of a late delivery is an unhappy client.

What you get.

  • Runs that group jobs

Bundle jobs into a run so a driver has one clear list of stops. Runs have their own status and their own run number.

  • A clear status pipeline

Jobs and runs move through Pending, Assigned, Accepted, In Transit and Completed, with Partially Completed when a run is only part done.

  • Bird Eye View

A live map of your drivers, filtered by company and account, with a count of drivers on the move.

  • Stalled-driver flag

The map counts drivers whose location has stopped updating, so you can check on them before the delay reaches a customer.

  • Search by consignment, run or driver

Type a consignment number, run number or driver name to find the right job or vehicle straight away.

  • Route view

Use “show route for” to pick a run or driver and see their route on the live map.

How it works.

  1. Step 1

    Assign jobs to a driver

Jobs move from Pending to Assigned once a driver is attached, and to Accepted when the driver takes them on.

  2. Step 2

    Build the run

Group the day’s jobs into runs so each driver heads out with a defined set of stops.

  3. Step 3

    Watch the live map

Open Bird Eye View to see who is moving. Filter to one client account when a particular customer needs attention.

  4. Step 4

    Step in early

When a driver shows as not updating, contact them. Run and consignment search gets you to the affected jobs quickly.

  5. Step 5

    Close the run

Jobs finish as Completed, or Partially Completed if some stops remain, and the dashboard counts them by status.

Why it matters.

  • A calmer control room

Dispatchers read the map and the statuses instead of making check-in calls to every driver.

  • Earlier warning of delays

A stopped location update is visible straight away, so you can act before a late delivery becomes a complaint.

  • Answers on demand

When a client asks about a parcel, search by consignment or run number and see where it stands.

Common questions.

Can we see all our drivers on one map?

Yes. Bird Eye View shows drivers on a live map, and you can filter by company and account.

How do we know if a driver has gone quiet?

The map shows how many drivers are on the move and how many are not updating, so a stalled driver is easy to spot.

What is a run?

A run is a group of jobs assigned to a driver. It has its own run number and moves through its own statuses alongside the jobs inside it.

Can we trace a job after the fact?

Yes. Platform logs can be searched by consignment or run number, which helps when you need the history of a delivery.
