Price every job, then get paid

Set fares by location and vehicle size, let clients pay from a wallet or on invoice, and keep commission settlement on the record.

Pricing lives in someone’s head

Quotes get worked out on a calculator, fares change between suburbs and vans, and invoices are chased at the end of the month. When the numbers sit in spreadsheets, nobody is sure what a job should have cost or who still owes you.

What you get.

  • Fares by location and vehicle

Set fares per country, state and city, and per vehicle category. Each fare carries a base price, a per-kilometre charge, a minimum fare and a cancellation charge.

  • Tax and commission built in

Add a tax label and type to a fare, plus a commission title, amount and type. The charges are set once instead of being added by hand on every job.

  • Prepaid plans and wallets

Offer prepaid plans, and let account admins top up a wallet. They can see their balance and recent transactions without ringing you.

  • Postpaid invoices

For clients who pay after the fact, Driver007 generates postpaid invoices. Notification emails cover invoices that are paid, partly paid, on hold or deferred.

  • Commission settlement cycles

Settlement cycles are tracked by company, and you can filter them by status. Cycles can be opened, closed, completed, waived or deferred.

  • Stripe and multi-currency

Take payments through Stripe and work in the currency each company uses. Exchange rates can update automatically or be set by hand.

How it works.

  1. Step 1

    Set the fares

Choose a location and vehicle category, then enter the base price, per-kilometre charge, minimum fare and cancellation charge.

  2. Step 2

    Add tax and commission

Attach the tax and commission settings to each fare so every job is priced the same way.

  3. Step 3

    Choose how clients pay

Put a client on a prepaid plan with a wallet, or bill them with postpaid invoices.

  4. Step 4

    Settle the cycle

Open a settlement cycle for the company, then close or complete it once commission is squared away.

Why it matters.

  • Consistent pricing

The same route and vehicle size are priced the same way whoever enters the job.

  • Fewer payment chases

Prepaid wallets mean clients have funds in before they book, and invoice emails tell postpaid clients where they stand.

  • A clear commission trail

Settlement cycles show what is open, closed or deferred, so there is less guessing at month end.

Common questions.

Can I charge different fares for different areas?

Yes. Fares are set by country, state and city, and by vehicle category (Small, Medium or Large), so a metro run and a regional run can be priced differently.

Can clients prepay instead of receiving invoices?

Yes. You can offer prepaid plans, and account admins can top up a wallet and check their balance and recent transactions. Postpaid invoicing is available for clients who prefer it.

Does Driver007 work with Stripe?

Yes. Stripe is used for payments, and the platform includes Stripe onboarding and webhook handling.

Can I run more than one currency?

Yes. Each company has its own currency, and exchange rates can update automatically or be overridden by hand.
