Driver management software for a fleet you can trust

Keep driver licences, availability and vehicles in one register, so you always know who can work and what they are driving.

Driver details live in too many places

Licence copies sit in email, expiry dates sit in someone’s calendar and vehicle details sit in a spreadsheet that is out of date. When a job needs covering at short notice, you are guessing who is free and whether their licence is current.

What you get.

  • Driver records

Add each driver with their licence number and expiry date, plus images of the front and back of the licence, held against the right account.

  • Online and offline

Each driver has a work status of Online or Offline, so you can see who is available to take work.

  • Active and inactive accounts

Switch a driver’s account between Active and Inactive when people join, leave or take extended leave, without losing their record.

  • Vehicle register

Record each vehicle’s category, make, model and registration against a company and account, and filter the list by status.

  • Vehicle categories

Group vehicles as Small, Medium or Large, so work and pricing can follow the size of vehicle needed.

  • Free and Reserved vehicles

See at a glance which vehicles are Free and which are Reserved before you commit them to a run.

How it works.

  1. Step 1

    Set up your vehicle categories

Decide how your fleet is grouped by size so jobs can be matched to the right kind of vehicle.

  2. Step 2

    Register vehicles

Add each vehicle with its make, model and registration under the correct company and account.

  3. Step 3

    Onboard drivers

Create the driver record with licence number, expiry and licence images. Country-specific fields can capture the details your region requires.

  4. Step 4

    Manage availability

Track drivers as Online or Offline and vehicles as Free or Reserved, and update accounts as your team changes.

Why it matters.

  • Licence details in one place

Number, expiry and licence images sit on the driver record, not scattered across inboxes and folders.

  • Faster cover decisions

Availability and vehicle status are visible together, so reassigning work takes less guesswork.

  • A role for each person

Company admin, account admin and driver are separate roles, so each person signs in with the role that fits their job.

Common questions.

What driver details can we store?

Licence number, licence expiry and images of the front and back of the licence. Additional licence, document and bank fields can be set up for each country.

Can we tell who is available?

Yes. Drivers show as Online or Offline, and each account can be marked Active or Inactive.

Can we keep vehicles for different clients separate?

Yes. Vehicles are registered against a company and account, and you can filter the list by status.

Does the vehicle type affect pricing?

Fares can be set by vehicle category as well as location, so Small, Medium and Large vehicles can be priced differently.
