Our website applications, mobile applications and APIs enable our users to connect with other users for the purpose of contracting with one another, but users make such connections and or enter into such contract at their own risk. Where you use our Application(s) to engage, or to be engaged by, another user for the provision of services, you and the other user will.
Acceptance of Agreement
Your use of the service indicates your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not accept the Agreement, you are not authorised to use the service and you must refrain from using the service.
The agreement begins on the date you register to use the service. In registering to use the service, you will be provided with an account to enable you to access the service (User Account).
Amendment of Agreement
Driver007’s App reserves the right at any time, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement, without notice. From time to time you need to check the platform, so you are aware of any changes. Your continued access or use of the service signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified agreement.
Delivery Of Goods
The driver is authorised to deliver the goods at the address given by the customer.
The driver is taken to deliver the goods specified in the contract in accordance with the term and conditions of the contract if at that address the courier obtains from customer a signatures of good received by him/her.
If the specified place of delivery is unattended, the driver is authorised to leave the courier at the doorstep and he will not be responsible for misplace or lost.
Responsibility for loss or damage of Goods or MIS delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the goods are taken at the risk of the customer and the driver accepts no responsibility in contract or otherwise for any loss or destruction of, or damage to or misdelivery, or failure to deliver, or delay in delivery of goods either in transit or in storage, whatever the reason.
The customer agrees to indemnify the courier against all loss, damage and expense sustained by any person such loss, damage, mis-delivery, non-delivery or delay in delivery as mentioned.
Claiming for loss or damage
Any claim by the customer for loss or damage in whole or in part to the goods subject to this contract which are the subject of insurance under clause 11 must be lodged with the company in writing within 7 days from the date of dispatch of the goods.
